Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clockit Media at https://clockit.media. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Clockit is a workspace for planning, drafting, reviewing and organising social media content, and for connecting your social accounts. Features are added over time, and some depend on approval from the networks themselves.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract for your business.
• Keep your password and any two-factor recovery codes safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and the roles you give them.

Your content and connected accounts

• You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service.
• You confirm you have the right to use the content and to connect each social account you link.
• You must follow the rules of each network you connect. We may disconnect or limit an account if a network requires it.
• AI drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published.

Acceptable use

Do not use Clockit for spam, deceptive or unlawful content, harassment, infringing others’ rights, or to attack, probe or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through Paystack on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing screen and may change with notice before your next renewal.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Clockit available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Third-party networks can change or restrict their APIs, which may affect features.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Ending your account

You can stop using Clockit and request deletion at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.
